               My name Erin means Peace, and at 54 I strive to find it in my life, and I enjoy helping others do the same through group strength training and restorative yin yoga.  My Yoga class

begins  with guided reflexology of your feet with essential oils. Followed by gentle and purposeful poses that help release the fascia and evoke relaxation. I conclude class with a restful

and reflective pose.  I teach a supported, slow and purposeful yoga, so all levels can try.  I have over 30 years' experience in strength training and teach a gentle but challenging

conditioning class, including floor pilates, plyometrics, isometric and isotonic exercises, bands and dumbell work .
